The Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) gives consumers the
guarantee that certified microgeneration products and the installers of
those products have conformed to a rigorous set of standards.
It is designed to evaluate microgeneration products and installers against robust
criteria providing greater protection for consumers. MCS is supported by the
Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC).
As members of the REAL Assurance Scheme, Solmatix agrees to abide by the
REAL Assurance Scheme Consumer Code. It covers all the factors that contribute to
a high standard of consumer service, before, during and after a contract is agreed.
